Dig out your leg warmers!

Yeah, yeah, I know – coming from me, Miss Nacho Addict. 😒😒😒

But it's true: conducting a "physical" to assess the health/wellness of your BUSINESS is very important.

Icon. But I digress.

One of the best ways to assess the health of your business, is by taking a good, hard look at your brand reputation. When is the last time you took a few minutes to read the latest online reviews and social media comments your company has received? What are people saying — good, bad, or ugly?

Do your reviews make you sweat?!

ACCORDING TO FORBES:

90% OF CONSUMERS READ ONLINE REVIEWS BEFORE VISITING A BUSINESS, AND 84% OF PEOPLE TRUST ONLINE REVIEWS AS MUCH AS A PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION.

I’ve seen first hand how reputation management and online reviews have helped many of my clients grow their businesses.

In fact, I care about this topic SO much that I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a bunch of awesome, value-packed resources to help you in your business wellness journey. Want me to send you a heads-up as soon as it's ready?

Take some time this week to be sure. Look up your reviews and see what people are saying about your business. You might be surprised by what you find. But if you happen to find anything not-so-great, just remember: you need to become aware of it first, and then you can manage it.

Btw -- when your biz reputation improves… so does your piggy bank!
